Prayer support:

ATLAS Group seeks to pray diligently for each community that currently has an ATLAS office and staff, as well as for those communities that we are in contact with who are seeking God's will and timing in bringing ATLAS to their community

Communicating and sharing the vision:

Filled with personal stories, past experience and an unmatched excitement for what God is doing in and through our ministry, ATLAS Group will deliver a compelling message that will call people to action. We also supply professional videos, periodic newsletters and a homepage on this website to help communities communicate their specific needs and vision.

Guidance in developing a board and finding a champion/director:

We will walk along side each community as they go through the process of selecting the right people to guide and develop their ATLAS, being available to assist with searching, interviewing and training.

Guidance in obtaining 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status:

Having gone through the process before we are able to assist communities as they take the necessary steps to become a legitimate non-profit.

Providing each community with a 60+ page ATLAS field manual:We have developed a manual that each community can reference at any point along the journey. This manual has key points and suggestions on many relevant issues such as training, fund-raising, culture, human resources, best practices, administration and organizational policy. The manual also includes a comprehensive collection of paper and CD files of ATLAS documents including all marketing pieces, applications, client paperwork, mentor training materials, sample corporate articles and form 1023 for tax-exempt status, sample budget and much more.

Staff Training:

ATLAS Group will train each new staff member of ATLAS and then works through their director for continued training opportunities and development.

Personal Development:

ATLAS Group offers gift assessment, personal development strategies and subsequent 360 reviews to other ATLAS personnel as well as within the business community. We are also certified to offer Franklin Covey's Training, on the 7 habits of Highly Effective People.

Rest Stops:

Two times a year we host a time of renewal for the directors from each ATLAS community. Our purpose in doing this is to serve and bless the work that each director is doing, provide opportunities for personal development, and to think strategically and share insight/success/failures in the areas of culture, fundraising, conflict management, team building, board communication and involvement, budgeting and human resources.
